Your information
What we collect and why
JRC Contracting LLC (“JRC Generators”) runs this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it.
What you give us
When you fill out a form we receive what you type: name, phone, email, address, and details about your generator or facility. We use it only to answer your request, schedule service and send quotes.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in JRC's Google Workspace account and emailed to our office. We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only when needed to do the work you asked for (for example, a manufacturer warranty claim) or when the law requires it.
What the site collects on its own
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security. The site remembers your light/dark mode choice in your own browser. We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If we add any, we'll list them here. The weather radar (Windy.com) and outage map (PowerOutage.us) are provided by those companies and follow their own privacy policies.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, call 847-951-3678 or write to us at 8465 Pyott Road, Lake in the Hills, IL 60156.
