How much does a commercial generator maintenance contract cost?
Contracts are priced per unit and banded by kW, so a 60 kW unit and a 600 kW unit are priced differently. After a free audit we quote all three tiers side by side so you can compare.
Can you service a generator another company installed?
Yes. Most of the commercial units we service were installed by someone else, and many aren't Generac. We service all brands — Kohler, Cummins, Onan, Caterpillar, MTU, Katolight, Winco, Taylor — not just Generac.
Do you provide NFPA 110 documentation?
Yes. Our Compliance and Total Care tiers include an inspection ready NFPA 110 documentation package: test logs, load bank results, fuel analysis and deficiency tracking.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We send a vendor packet with our W-9, certificate of insurance, licenses and safety program on request, and we can name your organization as additional insured when required.
