All agreements: three year term, simple monthly billing, multiunit and multisite discounts in writing.

Every tier includes scheduled visits, fluids and filters per the manufacturer, battery and coolant checks and a written report. Compliance adds quarterly visits, ATS service, the annual load bank test, fuel analysis and NFPA 110 documentation. Total Care adds monthly witnessed tests, included repair labor and remote monitoring.
It's the biggest difference between tiers, so we price it as its own line item. You see exactly what you're paying for.
Yes. Multiunit and multisite discounts are written into the agreement, and every unit goes on one schedule.
Three years with an annual escalator stated up front, billed monthly, autorenewing with a 30 day out.
About 90 minutes on site. You keep the report with photos and code references, whether or not you ever call us again.
